السُّداسية، قام بها أوريجانوس في القرن الثالث. وهي طبعة ضخمة للكتاب المقدس جرى تنسيقها في ستة أعمدة متوازية. كانت تلك الطبعة تحتوي على النص العبري، ثم (العمود الثاني) يحوي منطوق النص العبري مكتوبًا بحروف يونانية، والعمود الثالث يحوي الترجمة السبعينية، ثم في الأعمدة الأخرى الترجمات اليونانية لليسيماخوس، وأكويلا، وتيودوتيان.
