رأيٌ يقول إنه لن تكون في المستقبل فترة مُلك للمسيح على الأرض، سواء قبل مجيئه الثاني أو بعده. ويُنظر للألف سنة المذكورة في رؤيا 20: 1-7 على أنها رمزيَّة، تشير إما إلى اكتمال ملك المسيح، وإما إلى نعيم المؤمنين في السماء. ملحوظة: البادئة prefix" a" تعني "لا"، أي لا ألفية. ويعتقد أنصار هذا المذهب بأنه لن تكون هناك مملكة حرفية مستقبلية مدتها ألف سنة على هذه الأرض.
