الفساد الكلّي – Phrase
يشير المصطلح إلى مدى تأثيرات الخطية وشموليتها على جميع البشر، لدرجة أن الكل باتوا عاجزين عن فعل أي شيء للحصول على الخلاص (انظر Total Inability). حالة الإنسان الخاطئة تؤثِّر في طبيعته بكاملها، وتشوِّه كل ما يعمله. الفساد الكلِّي لا يعني بالضرورة أن الإنسان شريرٌ وأثيم بقدر ما يمكنه أن يكون. الفساد الكلِّي هو فساد الطبيعة البشرية، وانتقال هذا الفساد بالوراثة من آدم إلى كل الأجيال التي تليه. فقد ورث كل إنسان من أبيه الطبيعة الخاطئة؛ ونَفَذَ هذا الفساد إلى كل جزء في كيان الإنسان.
