تجديف – Noun
أو التجديف على الروح القدس. الكلام (وأحيانًا الفكر أو الفعل). الذي يُعبِّر عن الازدراء بالله أو عدم إظهار الاحترام اللائق له، أو الافتراء عليه. كان الموت هو العقاب في العهد القديم على التجديف (لاويين 24: 10-16). هذه العقوبة قدَّر البعض استحقاق يسوع لها؛ فقد اتُّهم بالتجديف، إذ وهو إنسان ادَّعى أنه الله (يوحنا 10: 30 – 33)، وحُكم عليه بالموت على ارتكابه لها (متى 26: 63-65). إن الافتراء على عمل الروح القدس في المسيح ونسبة هذا العمل إلى الشيطان هو خطية لا تُغتفر (متى 12: 31). ثانيًا، التجديف الموجَّه ضد الناس من خلال تشويه سمعتهم أو أعمالهم (1 كورنثوس 4: 13؛ تيطس 3: 2).
